Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Cointreau
  • Champagne
  • Grenadine
  • Fresh Orange


Muddle fresh orange in a mixing glass. Add 1 oz Vodka, ½ oz Cointreau and ice into a shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugar rim. Top with a float of champagne and add a drop of grenadine. Garnish with an orange twist.

 

Bloody French 75  

Ingredients:

 
  • 1½ oz Gin
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • Champagne
  • Fresh Blood Orange

 

 


Muddle fresh blood orange in a mixing glass. Add 1½ oz Gin and ½ oz simple syrup and ice into a shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a float of champagne. Garnish with a blood orange twist.


 
Cranberry Mojito  

Ingredients:

 
  • 1½ oz Light Rum
  • 1 Tsp Superfine Sugar (or 1 Sugar Cube)
  • Lime Wedges
  • Club Soda
  • Mint Sprigs
  • Cranberry Juice

 

 


Muddle mint leaves, superfine sugar and lime in a mixing glass. Add 1½ oz light rum and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake.  Pour the mixture into a tall glass and top with club soda. Add a splash of cranberry juice.  Garnish with fresh mint sprig. Sugarcane syrup can be used to replace superfine sugar or the sugar cube.

Ingredients:

 
  • 3/4 oz Amaretto
  • 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
  • Pot of Earl Grey tea
  • Fresh Orange Slice

 

 


This refreshing, hot cocktail tastes remarkably like fresh blueberries, and is always a favorite on cold nights next to a warm fire. Pour the Grand Marnier and Amaretto into a brandy snifter, then fill the snifter about 2/3 full with hot Earl Grey tea.
Garnish each snifter with a fresh slice of orange.

Ingredients:

 
  • 1 1/2 oz Gold Tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
  • Fresh Orange
  • Pomegranate Juice

 

 


Muddle half of a fresh orange in a mixing glass. Add ice, the Gold Tequila and the Grand Marnier into a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a splash of pomegranate juice. Salt only half of the rim and garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients:

 
  • 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Raspberry Vodka
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Grenadine

 

 


Pour all ingredients except the grenadine into a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a shot glass. Add a drop of grenadine.
