Flaming B-52

Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 part Kahlúa
1/3 part Irish Cream
1/3 part Grand Marnier

Pour the Kahlúa into a shot glass. Using an inverted spoon, slowly pour the Irish Cream over the back of the spoon. Then slowly pour the Grand Marnier over the spoon in the same manner.

Add a drop or two of Bacardi 151 liquor on top to ignite the Grand Marnier and create a small flame. BE VERY CAREFUL USING 151, as it is highly flammable!

While the B-52 is flaming, quickly dip a long straw into the shot glass and drain it in one quick sip!

Lemon Drop Martini

Recipe

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Triple Sec
4 lemon wedges
Granulated sugar

Take a lemon wedge and slightly moisten the entire rim of the glass, then dip the edge of the glass into a evenly flat spread of the sugar.

Put 3 lemon wedges into the martini shaker and muddle them, releasing the lemon oils, then fill with ice. Pour vodka to a count of 6, then add Triple Sec to a count of 3.

Close the shaker securely and shake vigorously for about 6 seconds. Strain into a martini glass, add a lemon wedge, and your Lemon Drop is complete.

Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Raspberry Vodka
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
Grenadine

Pour each ingredient into the shaker. Shake and strain into a shot glass. Add a drop of grenadine, and enjoy.
