  • No phone billing rate increase for FY20

    The annual phone billing will post to Banner in August. There are no rate increases for FY20, but OIT did negotiate a new flat-rate long-distance plan for UAA, UAF and UAS. The new plan will reduce long-distance costs by approximately 50 percent and eliminates the need for tracking monthly long-distance charges for each department - a savings in time and effort for university staff.
