In this role, Ripley will serve the UAF administration, staff, and faculty as a functional expert, liaison, consultant and point of contact in direct contact and coordination with the UA Human Resources Team.

Gordon Kruse receives distinguished scientist award

Doug Schrage wins statewide fire chief award

Douglas Schrage, UAF's fire chief, is this year's recipient of the Warren B. Cummings Fire Chief of the Year Award. Schrage received the award in early February at the ½ûÂþÌìÌÃFire Chiefs Leadership Symposium in Juneau.
